Egg Sorting

This is something that has to be done every Friday to make sure that we all have enough eggs to sell at market on Saturday.

    Do you sort by size?

    Yes, we weigh them on the egg scale shown in the picture and divide them in to Medium, Large, Extra Large and Jumbo.
